To support Merck’s pearl luster pigments business, the Pearl Luster Pigments and Cosmetics Laboratory was established in 1998 on the campus of Fudan University. Being internationally advanced with state-of-the-art equipments, the lab was designed to offer all the technical support covering the whole scope of the pigments business, ranging from forwarding samples to technical training.
With the development of Merck business, the lab added life science technical support to its service scope, with its name changed to “Customer Support Center” accordingly, and moved to Song-Jiang Site in 2007.Here is a galaxy of excellent technicians who are always more than ready to offer any necessary professional service for the customers in a timely manner. The Customer Support Center plays an important role in the business development of the Merck Group as well as of Merck Chemicals (China).
